London Undercover ships internationally.
We are currently offering FREE UK DELIVERY on all orders over £150.
All large umbrellas are delivered by courier via DHL and require a signature.
Mini-Folded umbrellas & scarves within the UK are sent via Royal Mail and do not require a signature.
All orders for Russia are sent via Parcelforce.
We aim to deliver next day on all orders before 12pm. After 12pm, orders will be usually delivered a day later.

Days are Working Days. Orders made between Friday at 12pm GMT and Midnight on Sunday will be sent out on Monday
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, then please contact us by email or phone and then return to us within 7 days from the date you received the shipment.
Please return as received with the original receipt. We will either exchange the item, offer site credit or a full refund. Items must be returned in perfect, re-sellable condition as originally recieved.
