Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, then please contact us by email or phone and then return to us within 15 days from the date you received the shipment.

Please return as received with the original receipt. We will either exchange the item, offer site credit or a full refund. Items must be returned in perfect, re-sellable condition as originally recieved.

Please note that we cannot refund any shipping or handling charges unless the goods are proven to have been damaged in transit.

Wind damage does not constitute a faulty frame/umbrella. All umbrellas dispatched have gone through thorough testing and quality control. Please read the Umbrella Care section for more information on caring for your umbrella.
