Payment

All items displayed on the site are inclusive of VAT. All transactions are made in pounds sterling. Prices can be subject to alteration without prior notice. In the event of us selling out on an item we will be in touch to offer an alternative, if we don't have anything else for you, a full refund will be given to you. Payment can be made with Mastercard, Visa, Switch & Solo cards.

Shipping

We only deliver via DHL. A signature is required. If an order is placed before 12pm, we aim to deliver next day. After 12pm, orders will be usually delivered a day later. Overseas deliveries may receive an additional customs charge. This is unfortunately out of our control.

Privacy

All the information you provide to London Undercover including your email address, delivery address, telephone numbers and credit card details are strictly private and confidential. London Undercover acknowledges that it is bound by the Data Protection Act 1998 and that it will not disclose your details to any third party without your express written consent. As a matter of good practice, we do not share any personal information with anyone and we do not sell it to others.
